Description
Climatest Symor® dry storage cabinets provide a long-term low-humidity storage atmosphere. These drying cabinets adopt self-regenerating desiccant dehumidifiers to provide an ultra-low humidity atmosphere. These cabinets don't require dry air/nitrogen purging, can automatically control <3%RH humidity, and have a quick recovery time.

How does Climatest Symor® dry unit work?
Climatest Symor® dry storage cabinets, electronic dry cabinets, and auto dry cabinets adopt a 5A molecular sieve in their dry units, it is the latest dehumidifying technology, and the whole system is controlled by a microcomputer when the interior humidity is high, it will start to absorb moisture; when the humidity reaches the setting value, it will stop absorbing, and then discharge the water to outside, again and again by automatic control.

Under ambient 25 degrees C, humidity 60%RH, open door for 30 seconds and then close, the humidity will recover to <3%RH within 30 minutes, see below chart:

In addition, when the device is welded on the PCB, the water vapor pressure will also lead to virtual welding.

A: The desiccant in the electronic drying cabinet can be regenerated regularly, absorb moisture, and discharge it out of the cabinet. This cycle allows the desiccant to be reused for many years, ensuring consistent moisture control.

A: Pls refer to our different humidity series, you can set any RH value within that series.
Q: Does the cabinet also control temperature, and if so, what is the range?
A: No, it doesn’t control temperature, except for our 40 deg C baking series.
