How does Climatest Symor® dry unit work?
Traditional desiccants are consumables and need replacing frequently, and this is very inconvenient. Climatest Symor® drying cabinets for chips, automatic drying cabinets, and ESD-safe drying cabinets use 5A molecular sieves, which is the most effective and environment-friendly desiccant, it can be automatically regenerated during use. The whole dehumidification process is controlled by a microcomputer. When the ambient humidity is high, it will start to absorb moisture; when the humidity reaches the set value, it will stop absorbing and then discharge the moisture outside.
