500 deg C high temperature oven
The temperature of 500 deg C high temperature oven is between the traditional drying oven limit and the operating temperature of the furnace. Choose the ovens that best meet your requirements, from 400°C , 500°C to 600°C , and with right size at our specifications.
Each oven comes with a single hinged door and an explosion proof handle. The walls and doors are well insulated to reduce heat loss. The entire interior chamber/heating element/shelves are made of stainless steel 304. The adjustable air inlet and outlet circulation ports are provided.
The oven is provided with two perforated shelves, slots are located at both sides, the height is adjustable. The exterior oven is fabricated from galvanized steel with powder coated finish. The control panel is on the top of the oven.
Our standard controller is digital display, programmable controller is optional, it has auto-tuning and settable ramp rate function, this feature provides precise and stable control from the power-on moment.
For operation on 380VAC, 50/60HZ, 400V or 415V, 480V are also available.
