-Solid structure, excellent load-bearing, surface treatment with 18 powder spraying processes, the static resistance value meets 106 -108Ω.


·Equipped with nitrogen-saving module

-Once the humidity inside the nitrogen dry box reaches the set value, the system automatically cuts off the nitrogen supply, and open again automatically once the humidity exceeds set value.


·Equipped with over-humidity alarm + door open alarm, and data logging system. (optional)

-In case the interior humidity exceeds the set value, or the door is open, it will immediately alarm with sound and flashing light to remind the operator.


·Calibration Reminder

-Complying with the ISO regulation, a unique design of calibration expiration reminding function is offered in our nitrogen dry box.



What is nitrogen dry box?

Climatest Symor® nitrogen dry box is able to regulate the nitrogen injection into the dry box to achieve dehumidification and oxidation. The interior dry box is filled with N2 gas to protect the electronic components from oxidization, it can maintain humidity as low as 1%RH. 


Nitrogen dry box is the best solution for low-humidity and low-oxygen storage, it is widely used to store electronic components in electronic manufacturing industry, such as integrated circuits (IC), Printed circuit boards (PCB),  and medical devices, with very fast dehumidification speed.


Stainless steel nitrogen dry box is also available, it meets the strictest hygiene requirements, SS nitrogen dry box is ideal to store semiconductor devices in cleanroom, like IC, wafers and open packages.


How does the nitrogen dry box work?

Nitrogen storage cabinets squeeze out the moisture and oxygen in the cabinet, as so to reach the desired humidity level within 1-60%RH, the N2 cabinet is equipped with nitrogen-saving device, once the humidity inside cabinet reaches the set value, the system automatically cuts off the nitrogen supply, and open again nitrogen supply once the humidity exceed set value, this saves 70% nitrogen compared with traditional type.


Moreover, a multi-points gas supply system is utilized in the nitrogen dry box, nitrogen is flushed into the cabinet through more than 30 small holes on nitrogen module (see below pic.), the nitrogen gas is evenly distributed in the cabinet to avoid the dead point and dead angle phenomenon caused by traditional single-point gas supply.

Nitrogen storage cabinets adopt high accuracy Switzerland imported RH sensor, with 2% accuracy.


The difference between nitrogen dry box and electronic dry cabinet:

1. The nitrogen dry box has both moisture control and anti-oxidization function, it is filled with nitrogen gas to squeeze out the oxygen in the cabinet, this way effectively prevents the oxygen and humidity sentitive materials from being oxidized. Nitrogen dry box adopts nitrogen gas purging method to meet low-humidity and low-oxygen storage application, the nitrogen purity is suggested to be >99%, nitrogen dry box is commonly used in microelectronics and semiconductor industries.


The electronic dry cabinet, also called auto dry cabinet, dehumidifying dry storage cabinet, is designed to control moisture through dry units instead of nitrogen purge.


2. The nitrogen dry box creates a low-oxygen low-humidity environment, the products put into the nitrogen dry box are basically moisture-proof packaging, oxidation is difficult to occur.


The electronic dry cabinet can only control humidity, no anti-oxidization function, the oxygen content is almost same as the ambient environment.
