Baking Dry Box is a device that uses the electric heating wire to heat and dry objects. It is suitable for baking, drying, heat treatment, etc. in the range of 5~300 ℃ higher than room temperature (some 200 ℃ higher), and the sensitivity is usually ± 1 ℃. There are many types of ovens, but the basic structure is similar. Generally, the oven is composed of box, electric heating system and automatic temperature control system. Let's take you to know some precautions of the oven:
1. The oven should be placed indoors in a dry and horizontal place to prevent vibration and corrosion.
2. Pay attention to the safe use of electricity, and install a power switch with sufficient capacity according to the power consumption of the oven. Select enough power conductors and have good grounding wire.
3. For the oven with electric contact mercury thermometer type thermostat, connect the two wires of the electric contact thermometer to the two terminals on the top of the oven. In addition, insert an ordinary mercury thermometer into the exhaust valve (the thermometer in the exhaust valve is used to calibrate the electric contact mercury thermometer and observe the actual temperature in the box) and open the hole of the exhaust valve. Adjust the electric contact mercury thermometer to the required temperature and tighten the screws on the steel cap to achieve the purpose of constant temperature. However, attention must be paid not to rotate the indicator iron outside the scale during adjustment.
4. When all preparations are ready, put the test sample into the oven, and then connect and turn on the power. The red indicator light is on, indicating that the oven has been heated. When the temperature reaches the controlled temperature, the red light goes out and the green light goes on, and the constant temperature starts. In order to prevent the failure of temperature control, we must also take care of it.
5. When placing the test sample, it should be noted that the arrangement should not be too dense. Test objects should not be placed on the heat dissipation plate to avoid affecting the upward flow of hot air. It is forbidden to bake flammable, explosive, volatile and corrosive articles.
6. When it is necessary to observe the sample condition in the workshop, open the door of the outer channel box and observe through the glass door. However, it is better to open the door as little as possible to avoid affecting the constant temperature. Especially when the working temperature is above 200 ℃, opening the box door may cause the glass door to suddenly cool and break.
7. For the oven with air blast, the blower must be turned on during heating and constant temperature, otherwise the uniformity of the temperature in the working room will be affected and the heating element will be damaged.
8. Cut off the power supply in time after work to ensure safety.
9. Keep the inside and outside of the oven clean.
10. When using, the temperature should not exceed the maximum operating temperature of the oven.
11. In order to prevent scalding, special tools shall be used when taking and placing the test object.
